ENOUGH IS ENOUGH RALLY WASHINGTON DC NOV. 28, 2015:  Dr. Cornel West had his assistant message us on Oct. 20th and tell us he was joining us for our rally on November 28 in DC (photo 1)  On October 22 we asked for more written confirmation from the assistant and permission to announce and publicize the promise Dr. West had made to appear.  She gave us double confirmation of those two things (photo 2 & 3)  On October 23, the assistant told us Dr. West would post something on his social media "soon" (photo 4).  October 24, the assistant again confirmed with us in writing that he was 100% with us on Nov. 28th, after trolls had created a fake eventbrite page trying to convince rally goers Dr. West would be in Houston 11/28.  (Photo 5) The day the assistant contacted us to confirm Dr. West's presence with us at the rally we informed her that there was a group of trolls spreading false information to try and derail the rally she said she would confirm with us if that happened but never bothered. Wed. Oct. 28 the assistant sent another message that Dr. West had "crafted the post" for social media and would be posting it shortly.(photo 6&7) Then the assistant dropped. No post was made and we heard nothing back from her for days despite trying to contact her.  Upon contact this past Monday morning, she informed us that she's been getting phone calls from trolls, the same trolls of the event from facebook. She demanded documentation which disproved the trolls wrong.  That was furnished in the form of the NPS permit information, police information and sanitation information proof. At 6:00 pm on Monday night she sent a message that Dr. West is canceling his appearance at the rally, depite our reminding him that tens of thousands of dollars in non-refundable plane fare had been bought by citizens based on his word.  The assistant wrote and said Dr. West canceled after his conversation with the Bernie Sanders campaign, who told him to cancel.  We call this no integrity and fraud on the part of Dr. West, we call this misconduct on the part of Senator Sanders, impeding the first amendment rights of American citizens by manipulating this rally despite telling us the campaign had no problem with the rally as long as we informed people it was not an official rally, which we have in writing since day 1.
We are taking action.  We are suing Dr. West and intend to recover all money paid out by rally goers for non-refundable plane fare in addition to damages.  All awards left after damages and legal fees are paid will go to American veterans.  If you wish to be compensated please email enoughisenoughdc at gmail with the subject line DAMAGES.  We are filing a formal ethics complaint against Senator Sanders, and seeking damages from him if legally possible.  If you are press and wish to cover this fraud. email the same address with PRESS  in the subject line.
I am personally dying inside, for all the good Americans who invested in this rally and lost a large sum of money like me, and for the fraud that is this campaign and the revolution that will never happen with people like this impeding the First Amendment rights of Americans. Bernie Sanders has done a major disservice to thousands and he has violated our civil right. He no longer has my vote or my support.
